01The idea

Everything a strength session needs, without the room full of steel

A serious home setup normally means a rack, a cable tower, a bench and a wall of dumbbells — hundreds of kilos of equipment, a dedicated room, and a plate to change between every set. The S1 Pro collapses that into one upright, one footboard and a touchscreen.

23+
Gym machines replaced
Bench press, lat pulldown, row, squat, RDL, shoulder press, curls, pushdowns, cable crunch, woodchopper and more — chest, back, legs, glutes, shoulders, arms and core.
1 lb
Resistance increments
Digital resistance adjusts electronically in single-pound steps up to 220 lb. No plates, no pin, no rounding your progression to the nearest dumbbell.
42
Body-tracking points
A camera-based model follows 42 skeletal points in real time and coaches your form across five dimensions while you lift.
02What it does

Built around the parts of training that are hard to get right

Digital resistance

It picks your weight, then adjusts it set by set

Tell the S1 Pro what you are training and it proposes a load from your own strength data — a one-rep max and a twelve-rep working weight — then dials the resistance in electronically. Between sets you change the number, not the plates.

  • 220 lb maximum, adjustable in 1 lb increments
  • AI weight recommendation based on your measured performance, not a guess
  • Left-versus-right force balance tracked live, so a weaker side cannot hide
  • Superset builder for exercises, sets, reps, rest and training mode

185 precision angles

The cable meets you where the movement actually happens

The arms move through a full 360° on swivel pulleys and lock into 185 combinations — nine height levels from 10 cm to 220 cm, seven tilt levels and three width positions from −17.5° to 45°. That is what lets one machine cover a decline press and an overhead pulldown and a low cable curl.

The working envelope measures 2.2 m tall, 1.6 m wide and 1.8 m deep, so full-range movements are not clipped by the frame.

AI coaching

A trainer that assesses you before it programmes you

The S1 Pro starts with a 6D body assessment and builds a plan from the result. During the session, a proprietary neural model reads 42 skeletal points and corrects form in real time; afterwards it logs volume, calories, heart rate, personal records and session history.

  • Guided workouts built in, plus a free-training mode
  • Personal records and progress tracked automatically
  • Preference tracking across strength, cardio, pilates, yoga, stretching and meditation
  • Software updated over time at no extra cost

Engineering

Rated for the loads you will actually put through it

A reinforced steel frame with aluminium uprights and arms, 2.5 mm structural steel and a 40 mm solid base. The footboard is rated to 1,587 lb, each arm supports 330 lb, and the cables run on pro-nylon fibre through 360° swivel pulleys for a smooth, quiet pull.

  • 110 kg net weight — it stays put when you pull against it
  • Whisper-quiet operation, no plate noise
  • Wheels built in, so it still moves when you need it to

Household

Nine profiles, one machine

Everyone in the house gets their own assessment, their own programme and their own history. The machine remembers nine separate users, so a shared purchase does not mean shared numbers.

Height range runs from 150 cm to 200 cm and the system supports users from 40 kg to 150 kg, which covers most households without adjustment.

It arrives assembled and folds away after every session

No wall mounting, no bolts, no installer. The S1 Pro is freestanding and pre-assembled — it ships, you position it, you train.

No subscription. Ever.

Guided workouts, AI coaching, body assessment, progress tracking and all nine user profiles are included with the machine. There is no monthly membership to keep the screen working — which, over the years a machine like this lives in a house, is the difference that adds up.

Worth knowing before you choose. A bench is what turns a cable machine into a full strength setup — without one you lose the seated and lying movements. The B3S bundle costs $200 more than the machine alone but carries the largest discount off list, so the bench effectively comes in at well under its own price. 06FAQ

Questions before you buy

Is there a monthly subscription?
No. AEKE states there are no subscription fees and no hidden costs — guided workouts, AI coaching, the 6D body assessment, progress tracking and all nine user profiles are included with the machine.
How much space do I need?
Folded it occupies 0.3 m² — 715 × 425 mm of floor, 1,850 mm tall. Unfolded for training it extends to 715 × 1,355 mm. Allow for the training envelope too: 1.6 m wide, 1.8 m deep and 2.2 m high for full-range movements.
Does it need installation or wall mounting?
No. The S1 Pro is freestanding and pre-assembled — no wall fixing, no assembly, no installer. It has wheels so you can reposition it. Standard shipping is free; note that delivery staff do not bring it inside unless you pay for that service, and it weighs 110 kg net.
How heavy can it go?
Up to 220 lb of digital resistance, adjustable in 1 lb steps. Each arm is rated to support 330 lb and the footboard to 1,587 lb.
What exercises can I actually do?
AEKE says the S1 Pro covers 23+ traditional gym machines across chest, back, legs, glutes, shoulders, arms and core — including bench press, lat pulldown, row, squat, Romanian deadlift, shoulder press, bicep curl, tricep pushdown, cable crunch and woodchopper. The 185 angle combinations are what make that range possible from one frame.
Do I need the bench?
Not to start — the Complete Set works standing. But seated and lying movements need one, so most buyers take a bundle. The B3S package at $4,199 carries the largest discount off list, making it the usual choice; the B3 sits between at $4,109.
Can more than one person use it?
Yes — it stores nine user profiles, each with its own assessment, programme and history. It suits users from 150–200 cm tall and 40–150 kg.
Does it work without internet?
Partly. There is an offline mode for free training with manual resistance adjustment, but the AI features and guided courses need a connection.
What if I do not get on with it?
AEKE offers a 30-day home trial, with return shipping covered where the product is defective, plus a 2-year warranty on the main unit and 1 year on accessories.
